Three integrated program levels start on Tuesday's each January, May and September
The next 10K Run Club will meet at 6:00 pm every Tuesday night at Peninsula Runners, White Rock store for 15 workouts! Pre-Register your spot now!
Anyone with an interest in improving their fitness and learning more about the sport of fitness - walk to jog and/or running in a fun and social atmosphere is qualified to join. We offer three distinct program levels for everyone.
The Learn to Run, Run Easy/Run Stronger programs offers a safe and gradual introduction to improved fitness. Each session features the ‘Walk-Jog-Run’ technical progression, until you are finally running strong at a pace with comfort and flare!! Our program design is specifically developed to help you gain strength with a safe running technique. The PEN RUN "Learn-to-Run * Run Easy/Run Stronger" Club is fun & effective for all!

The Winter/Spring 2026 program includes 15 Tuesday night workouts co-created by former Olympian LYNN KANUKA and guided by our team of experienced Run Leaders at PEN RUN's White Rock location - including Tracey, Carly, Andrea, Rebecca, Russ, Ryan, Andrew, Ward & Sian!
All participants will receive a 10% discount on all in-store purchases during the club and a Pen Run Tech Shirt!
The Pen Run Learn to Run Club provides you with a weekly training 'homework' schedule with tips to guide you through each week of the program. Experienced coaches/leaders and fantastic routes help inspire & improve your jog/run levels.
We kindly ask you to leave your furry and feathered friends at home on our Run Club Nights. We require registrants be 18 years of age at the program start unless otherwise approved by staff.
