Anyone with an interest in improving their fitness and learning more about the sport of fitness - walking, jogging and running in a fun and social atmosphere is qualified to join. We offer three distinct program levels for everyone.

New, is the Virtual Program for $35. If you cannot commit to meeting weekly or prefer to train independently, then this is the option for you! You will receive the program electronically to complete the weekly sessions on your own, with access to our Leaders for questions or support!

The Learn to Run, Run Easy/Run Stronger programs offers a safe and gradual introduction to improved fitness. Each session features the ‘Walk-Jog-Run’ technical progression, until you are finally running strong at a pace with comfort and flare!! Our program design is specifically developed to help you gain strength with a safe running technique.

The PEN RUN "Learn-to-Run * Run Easy/Run Stronger" Club is fun and effective for all.

This includes 15 Tuesday night workouts co-created by former Olympian LYNN KANUKA and guided by our team of experienced Run Leaders at PEN RUN's White Rock location - including Tracey, Carlye, Carly, Clara, Karla, Rebecca, Russ, Ryan & Laurie! The 15 week program will prepare you to comfortably run/walk any 10k event! You will be ready to conquer the Vancouver Sun Run on April 24, 2022! Nothing motivates like an event goal!

The Pen Run Learn to Run Club provides you with a weekly training 'homework' schedule with tips to guide you through each week of the program. Experienced coaches/leaders and fantastic routes help inspire & improve your jog/ run levels.
