Three integrated program levels start on Tuesday's each January, May and September

The Tuesday Trail Run Club will meet at local Surrey parks at 6:00 pm every Tuesday night for 8weeks! Pre-Register your spot now!

Trail run locations are:

  • Session 1 - From the store - Sunnyside Acres
  • Session 2 - Crescent Park
  • Session 3 - Serpentine Fen @ King George Hwy
  • Session 4 - Nicomekl River Trail - Elgin Heritage Park
  • Session 5 - Crescent Beach - Blackie Spit
  • Session 6 - Campbell Valley Park
  • Session 7 - Crescent Park
  • Session 8 - From the store - Chickadee Loop

Anyone with an interest in improving their fitness and learning more about the sport of fitness - walk to jog and/or running in a fun and social atmosphere is qualified to join. We offer three distinct program levels for everyone.

The Learn to Run, Run Easy/Run Stronger programs offers a safe and gradual introduction to improved fitness. Each session features the ‘Walk-Jog-Run’ technical progression, until you are finally running strong at a pace with comfort and flare!! Our program design is specifically developed to help you gain strength with a safe running technique. The PEN RUN "Learn-to-Run * Run Easy/Run Stronger" Club is fun & effective for all!

This includes 8 Tuesday night workouts co-created by former Olympian LYNN KANUKA and guided by our team of experienced Run Leaders at PEN RUN's White Rock location - including Tracey, Carlye, Carly, Clara, Brenda, Rebecca, Russ, Ryan & Laurie! The 8 week program will meet at various local parks in Surrey!

All participants will receive a 10% discount on all store purchases during the club and entry into the Fort Langley 5K Race on Sunday July 10th.

The Pen Run Learn to Run Club provides you with a weekly training 'homework' schedule with tips to guide you through each week of the program. Experienced coaches/leaders and fantastic routes help inspire & improve your jog/ run levels.
